"We booked this hotel after reading the reviews but after staying there we wondered who writes them. The pool area was okay but the sun beds were disgusting not at all clean, The room was basic but the bathroom was horrible the lighting was useless and it was never properly cleaned, I went out to buy bleach to clean it, yet there was an envelope on the unit for tips!! The balcony was not fit for purpose and was never swept. The staff were very good and would do anything for you especially Sercan. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Varasimme huoneen parveke ja meren näkymä. Saapuessaan hotelli yritti kuitenkin karkottaa ylimääräisen 30 euroa päivässä merennäkö ja parveke. He yrittivät työntää meidät huoneeseen useita portaita, hyvin pieni ikkunan, ilman parvekea eikä meren näkymä hotellin vanhassa osassa tai maksaa ylimääräistä. Emme hyväksyneet ja vaativat, että meillä oli kirjallisesti meren näkymä ja parveke. He sopivat, että voimme jäädä parempaan huoneeseen, eikä meitä syytetä. Huone oli hyvä, näköala erinomainen hissi uudessa osassa hotellissa elävät aurinkokylpykatot. Lounas oli erinomainen, cocktailit olivat hyvät ja kaikki mukana."

"Almost everything is perfect here! The best breakfasts!!! Truly incredible! And they're open until 1:00 PM. The view from the room is stunning, the spa is completely relaxing, the steam room is excellent, and the indoor pool is nice. The beach area is also very comfortable, especially on the beachfront. There's a promenade along the sea, and we went jogging in the mornings. The only downside is that I saw a double-headed eagle in the wet area of the rooms. And the scented rooms are overdone. Everything else is great."

"We stayed for 8 days at the 5-star Crystal Green Bay Resort. In terms of the building and interior, it didn’t quite live up to a true 5-star standard—it felt more like a 3.5-star resort. The sunbeds are very basic and don’t have cushions, and the furniture both indoors and in the restaurant is somewhat outdated. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and although the rooms have clearly been renovated, it looks like it was done rather hastily and without much attention to detail. The music from the speakers is quite distorted, and they definitely need replacing. In the evenings, the lighting is too bright, and there isn’t much in terms of proper entertainment or shows. At dinner time, especially right when the restaurant opens, you often have to deal with long queues. That said, there are also many positives. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—we truly felt very welcome throughout our stay. The cocktails are excellent and generously poured, with more than enough alcohol. There are bars conveniently located everywhere, whether you’re at the beach or by the pool, and you can grab as many bottles of water as you like from the coolers at each bar. Food is available throughout the entire day, with something open at all times, and there are always ice creams available as well. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, though it can sometimes be a bit cold. A nice touch is that you’re allowed to take your food back to your room or enjoy it on the beach. The resort is beautifully located in a bay, which means the sea is calm and perfect for swimming. There are also plenty of sunbeds available, so there’s no need to reserve them early with towels. If you like animals, you’ll enjoy the many cats walking around during mealtimes—they’re very sweet and not intrusive at all. The resort is suitable for adults, with or without children, as well as younger guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere. We paid €600 for 8 days all-inclusive, including flights, transfer, and insurance, and it was absolutely worth every penny. We had a fantastic time. Thank you to everyone at Crystal Green Bay!"

Nautimme hammam / hieronta kokemus Leine & se oli hämmästyttävä. Niin hyvä spa-terapeutti. Se on perhe juoksi paikan ja tyttäreni rakasti pelaamaan omistajien tyttärensä. Aamiainen oli kaikki mitä tarvitset ja on paljon ruokavalioita, jos haluat tilata uima-allas rentoutua. 100% suositella."
