Here We Go Again,Repeat Business Is Best Business, This must Be my 5/6 time at mercure grand warsaw, The Moment you waik in you are warmly greeted by wonderful staff, Hotel is impeccable,Rooms are as always exceptionaly clean, Mercure grand definitely should get gold award for best breakfast in warsaw, They even have champagne for breakfast, Wide choices of great tasting food, Location is the the best ,The street has many restaurants & Bars & extremely safe neighbourhood, Thank you to Joanna ( guest manager)for taking good care of her guests,

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Hotel is nice and has many facilities for business travelers or students especially with the meeting rooms. It can be a good bargain for long-term stay but for short stays, I would rather go for a classic hotel with bigger rooms and more comfortable bed/pillows.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work. The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.

Hotel Polonia Palace on historiallinen varsovalainen hotelli, joka on peräisin vuodelta 1913. Siksi se on varsin kaunis rakennus. Sijainti on aivan Varsovan keskustassa, kahden pääkadun risteyksessä. Myös hyvin lähellä päärautatieasemaa ja metroasemaa. Sijainnin haittapuolena on, että se on erittäin ruma alue. Kadun toisella puolella on Kulttuuripalatsi, stalinistinen hirviö, joka pitäisi todella purkaa mahdollisimman pian, jotta Varsovan toista maailmansotaa edeltäneen keskustan jälleenrakentaminen olisi mahdollista. Hotellin tarjoamat palvelut ovat yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyviä. Aamiainen buffet on erinomainen. Ainoa haittapuoli on internet, joka toimii vähemmän täydellisesti. Myös erittäin hyvä vastine rahalle.

Good location and reasonable price considering the standard. Many amenities for hotel guest. However, remember don’t take away food, the hotel has no microwave for heating up the food even they have bar&restaurant but none of the people are willing to help.

Vaikka sijainti on hieman syrjässä, pääset vanhaankaupunkiin alle 30 minuutissa käyttämällä julkista liikennettä hyvin. Koska Varsovan julkinen liikenne on erittäin hyvin kehittynyttä ja halpaa, voit käyttää sitä ilman ongelmia, vaikka yöpyisitkin tässä majoituspaikassa. Kuten maailmanluokan ketjuhotellilta voi odottaa, henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja siivous on erittäin hyvää. Jos yksi asia on pettymys, se on se, että majoituspaikan ympärillä ei ole tarpeeksi ravintoloita ja lähikauppoja, joten olo voi olla hieman epämukava. Minun tapauksessani saavuin klo 10 aamulla, mutta he kirjasivat minut sisään heti, joten säästyin matkatavaroiden jättämisen ja lähtöön vaivalta. Jos suunnittelet vierailua Varsovassa, suosittelen vierailua.

Perfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre. 10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station. Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station
