"I recently stayed at this establishment and, overall, I’m quite satisfied. The location is simply perfect — close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s definitely a major asset! However, one important downside: the noise at night. The rooms, although nicely decorated, suffer from insufficient soundproofing. You can hear not only people walking outside but also noise from neighboring rooms — sometimes even objects falling in the rooms next door! This clearly affects the quality of sleep, especially for light sleepers. As for the decor, nothing to complain about — it’s modern, tasteful, and well put together. I’d easily give it an 8/10. Regarding the bathroom facilities, they’re functional, but would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially the toilet bowls. While it’s a minor detail, it does impact the overall impression of the place’s standard. I’d rate this aspect a 7/10. In summary, despite a few minor issues, the overall comfort is satisfactory. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located place with good value for money. Overall rating: 8.5/10, with hope that a few improvements will be made soon to reach excellence."
