We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

We had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus.

I booked this for my daughter. And my daighter said she likes it cery much. Its in exactly the center of center. So cery accesible to everything

I’ve stayed here before and always rated them five out of five in all categories but location. This most recent day, I just felt the service wasn’t quite up to par with my other stays. I am sure I will stay here again as I believe it is the nicest hotel in Dumaguete. As a side note - very cool car show going on during this trip. 😁

We stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm. Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool. Location is good Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily. All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.

Asuin äskettäin The Bellevuessa, ja vaikka yleinen kokemus oli kunnollinen, siellä oli muutama hikka, joka vaikutti vierailuumme. Saapuessamme olimme pettyneitä huomatessamme, että huoneemme AC ei toiminut kunnolla, mikä johti siirtoon toiseen huoneeseen. Pitkän matkapäivän jälkeen tämä oli melko epämukavaa. Valitettavasti meille osoitettu uusi huone ei ollut niin puhdas kuin odotimme, joten jouduimme pyytämään siivousta sen siivoamiseksi, mikä lisäsi turhautumista. Palvelu lomakeskuksessa oli yleensä hidasta, etenkin illallisen aikana. Henkilökunta vaikutti hieman irtautuneelta, mikä oli yllättävää tämän kaliiperin hotellille. Kirkkaammalla huomautuksella, aamiainen oli nautinnollinen hyvällä valikoimalla vaihtoehtoja, ja illallinen, vaikkakin keskimääräinen, oli tyydyttävä. Yksi The Bellevuen kohokohdista on lomakeskuksessa tarjolla oleva valikoima aktiviteetteja, jotka lisäsivät arvoa vierailullemme. Palvelun vastoinkäymisistä huolimatta onnistuimme silti viihtymään mukavasti. Palvelunopeuteen ja huonehuoltoon tehtyjen parannusten ansiosta tämä voi helposti olla viiden tähden kokemus.

The hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. In addition to a large wardrobe, there are plenty of shelves and a shoe cabinet, providing ample storage. The predominantly white decor makes the room feel even more spacious and cozy. The staff are friendly, warm, and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return with my family for a holiday in Cebu and stay at this hotel again.
