We were all female group from 6 yr old to 70 yr. From booking till last day we were taken care . We went for another half day trip and hotel staff made sure my mother is taken care of. It's old and beautiful charming hotel and staff makes yr stay memorable. They made sure we are safe and enjoy it. Things to note # Please only come if u r coming for view and peace. # It's not an accessible place and something like time to enter the sanctuary is government orders and so is road maintenance. Reach before the sun sets. # has no power line so everything runs on solar. Don't expect 24/7 hot warm water. There is time on it and frankly it didn't affect us. # food is excellent and they are accommodating # I just hope the owner of the place takes more care of it It's very beautiful and I hope more money is put in to make it more beautiful. # leave yr vehicle below and someone will pick u in their 4x4. Please let them do that. There is no road for 600m. # for people coming with drivers. There is a cafe with commodation just below the hotel. Hotel staff can help to book that place.

location is perfect, near to Bhowali Chauraha.
Easy access to local taxis for going Kainchi Dham or nainital or any nearby tourist destinations.
hotel rooms were clean however washroom was leaking from exhaust area.
food: Average food with very limited options.
didn't get any complimentary welcome drinks as mentioned while booking, Receptionist guy was just doing job to check in and check out, no help in any other requests, lazy one i guess.
It was a decent stay but not sure if I'll book this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand.
Staff were very helpful.

Hyvä ilma & kaunis vuoristoalue lähellä Mussoorien nähtävyyksiä. Huone oli mukava, huonepalvelu +++ - kuuma vesi keittiö miellyttävä yllätys. Hinnat kohtuullinen loma-alue Holi festival.

To tell you the truth this dormitory is very good. You can go here as a couple or as a friend or go solo, I got it for Rs 500 per person per day, But keep this in mind. You must have a vehicle to go here. Otherwise you will have to do a lot of hiking to go to this hostel.But their gym is very clean. Their washroom is very clean so you will not face any kind of problem. If your bedsheet is bad or the bedsheet looks bad, you can ask them to change it.You will get all the food facilities here. You can eat and drink everything. You can also sit on the terrace and enjoy a very good view of Mussoorie here.

The room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

BBKK_THMediocre services (3 stars) in a 5-star facility. Service staff appeared to lack motivation to work there. Wish the overall experience could have been better as I was staying there for 4 nights. I would not recommend those who expect 4-5 star services. Also, food is good but 100% vegetarian, pls know this before planning to stay there.

The room was spacious but one thing i didn't like about it was the middle door between the 2 rooms. During early morning at around 04:00 am, someone was knocking from that door and trying to open that door which disturbed my sleep.
