Love staying here on our trips to glasgow. Rooms clean and lovely tea and coffee facilities iron and hair dryer Staff very friendly and helpful Great location Breakfast is self serve and good choice of breakfast ingredients. Bar a little expensive but hey its a hotel its to be expected

Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.

Hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some tlc, staff all friendly when spoken to and bar staff helpful. Bar area seemed a bit cramped and awkward. Our room was supposed to be executive but felt pretty cramped. Have stayed elsewhere for less and had more space. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries in or out of the shower and the toilet in a very enclosed space between the wall and the glass shower door. Actually banged my shoulder on the toilet roll holder! Room was clean but bed was rock hard and neither of us managed to get much sleep due to having to keep moving off the numb joint so often. The room was on the second floor and absolutely roasting so had to keep the fan on all night which was really noisy as well. Breakfast was plentiful and set out well but a bit tasteless. Overall disappointing stay for our anniversary.

It was a great hotel for someone not looking to stay so long just needed a good night sleep!

Surpassed my expectations.  Excellent location but ask staff for directions if walking to airport rather than relying on google maps.  Very close to the airport.  Trip also were great screened an incorrect booking I made that was supposed to be non refundable.  Would def use again.  Clean, friendly, safe and convenient.  Amazing late checkout if 2pm!!! Perfect for jet lag.  My mum could rest a few hours after her flight and I could be there early enough to meet her.

The suite was nice and spacious. Big unsightly stain on the couch though. Shower was great. Bed comfy. The spa and outdoor jacuzzi was good. The cocktails were expertly made. Would definitely stay again.
