"Pleasant room. Very welcoming and helpful host. Just right for staying before leaving for Lundy and returning. Was able to leave the car there rather than in long stay car park. Eating area outside which would have been lovely if the weather had been kinder."

"We absolutely love visiting the Rocky Cove and do so at least once a year. Nicki and Jonah are wonderful hosts, always so friendly. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Our favourite, regular room! As for the breakfast...Awesome! Also, the B&B is perfectly located for all of the beautiful Ilfracombe attractions. We've booked our visit next year already!"

"Great B&B, right on the coast path. Chris is a wonderful host. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Really good breakfast. We were walking the coast path and Chris had lots of good advice for the section between Combe Martin and Woolacombe."

"First off the parking is a joke and hard on your car. Hosting skills poor. Only seen at key giving and breakfast. Dark bar not staffed or appealing. Very high stairs of you struggle like we did. Only toilets are in your room so if you're sitting outside it's a trek up to the loo in your room. No lifts. Room was clean and passible but windows were streaked and unclean. We stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room after first night. No clean towels left, no replenished tea or coffee. One of the milks was off. Breakfast was excellent and that's about really. Won't go again as its not for us. Better to go another 10 miles and stay in Ilfracombe to be honest. This is not a hotel. Its a guest house at best."

"We don't normally do reviews but I have to say that Laston House is such a lovely place to stay, it's very clean with nice large rooms. The breakfast is lovely and Abi, Greg and Sam are very welcoming and friendly. You won't find anywhere better."

"We always use Mullicott before going to Lundy as we can leave the car there , we stay the night before and after .The staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble The rooms are well equipped comfortably, lovely and spacious, ours was on the ground floor this time and we even had a outside area with seats, upstairs is still as spacious Although the breakfast is not a full cooked sit down option you can have a breakfast or as we do have a packed meal to take away I always have a ploughman's which is generous and well packed I would highly recommend Mullicott"

"Was great to see nickyandjohan again we had the suite room this time having lounge room to sit and relax just like home plus bedroom had bath and onsuite shower plus the bonus of having a cupboard kitchen with sink microwave and toaster there were several little touches and extras that made our stay very pleasant thanks Niki and Johan for the way the breakfast was cooked and presented this our fourth visit have booked for next year 😀 thanks Niki and Johan for being such good host"
