I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Will not stay here again in the future. The weather is so cold and they dont have heater in the lobby plus the heater not really function. The hotel staff not really helpful and cold. I read the review saying staff very helpful but not in my case. The guy is okay at least helping with translation but the woman is angry and not even trying to help

Sänky on hyvin mukava myös. Se oli täydellinen palata huonetta pitkän päivän kävely & näkymä. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä North Gate & hiljaisempi osa Songpan vanha kaupunki, joka on hyvä saada hyvää yötä unta. Mutta paras osa minun oleskelu tässä hotellissa on henkilöstö, erityisesti kaunis nuori nainen nimeltä Xiao Zeng. Check-in hän osoitti minulle pari huonetta valita varmista, että olen onnellinen huone. Ei vain se, hän meni yli hänen velvollisuutensa auttaa järjestämään kuljetuksen Songpan junaasema (ei ollut mahdollista saada Didi johtuu sade), sekä antaa apua vinkkejä siitä, mitä syödä ja mitä nähdä/tekeä aikana Songpan. Absolutely amazing experience!!! Excellence and convenient just 12 mins walk from the train station. The rooms is spacious and well designed. And the staff is very thoughtful and caring. They also provided many ideas and information to travel around the Leshan area. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

環境和設施都很好，房間也很大，什麼都齊全，很安靜，沒啥噪音，唯一不足的，就是衞生有點問題，馬桶圈有點臟，衞生間的馬桶還有一張用過的紙在裏面，因為到店比較晚，也沒去反映這個問題了，總體來説，還是很不錯的

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

I chose this hotel because of its ranking and I wasn't disappointed. My tatmi room was a great size for me and all the hotel facilities were good. The breakfast buffet had different dishes each day.

很滿意的一次入住，設施好，服務好，餐廳非常好。 酒店沿河而建，大部分房間都面向河道的方向，白天非常安靜。客房樓層都不高，和河對岸的古鎮風格融為一體，很有設計感。酒店大堂和住宿區分開，進入住宿區客人就會分流到各個小路上，互不打擾。住的很舒服。餐廳的每個菜都好吃，住了2天，連續3餐，沒有踩雷的菜。

Pretty clean room and spacious. Good supply of toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was limited as expected. AC worked as normal, which was important as it was 32 degree C outside. Only 1.4km from the famous water street, took around 20 mins to walk there. A few restaurants near the area, else nothing much to do except walking around the large park.
