"Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Edullisimmat huoneet pienehköjä ja vaatisivat päivitystä. Myös Lobby ja aamiaistilat ahtaita, etenkin täydessä hotellissa. Jääkaapin, safety-boxin, puhelimen js bideen puute on näköjään norjalaista mallia, ainakin edullisimmissa huoneissa. Ilmastointiakaan ei usein Norjassa voi sulkea, kuin respasta. -Kuinka ikkunat pitävät kylmän pois talvella? Aika hämärä valaistus, etenkin kylppärissä. Aamiaisbuffet oli kohtuuhyvä. Hotellin ravintola voisi tarjota ruokia iltaisin, kun monet alueen kahvilat ja ravintolat menevät kiinni niin aikaisin. Early check-in ja late check-out mahdollisuus positiivista, 10 € tunti."

"The hotel's location is great, very close to the Central Station. From our room, we could see the Munch Museum and the theater, both just a short walk away. It was also about a 15-minute walk to the pier, the National Museum, and the Royal Palace in Oslo. If you want to take the tram, there's a stop just a few dozen meters from the hotel. It's self-check-in and self-check-out, with computers and other facilities for self-service near the elevator. We didn't see any staff during our entire stay. For double rooms, the odd-numbered ones were smaller, and the even-numbered ones were larger (my memory of which numbers were which is a bit blurry, but there was definitely a size difference between rooms on opposite sides of the hallway). The only issue was that we booked with breakfast included, but the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and therefore doesn't provide breakfast. After contacting Trip.com customer service, a small refund for the breakfast cost resolved the matter."
