Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.

Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Nice hotel located in Dadonghai. Lots of things to do nearby the hotel. Hotel is abit blocked by shopping mall and other buildings which made us abit hard to locate. Staffs were really polite. Awesome breakfast.

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

Excellent location and awesome place! If you're out and about in Riyue Bay, this place is an ideal choice. It would be even better if there were more directional signs in English for people booking through teip.com. For those who have trouble finding where the building is: skip the first building. turn left from the entrance and walk down 50 metres until you see elevators (T5-3) next to a little convenience store. That's how you get up there. Nevertheless, the customer service is good and the manager came out to get us and also added our Wechat to keep in contact in case there are any issues. Supplies were replenished regularly, and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Overall a pretty good experience. Recommended!

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

太絕了，這個價位住到這麼舒適乾淨房間大游泳池服務好的真的太絕了，一直讚不絕口，特別特別適合自駕遊，比旁邊的很多民宿舒服太多，一直在後悔沒有第一天來住這，非常適合自駕遊，多人旅遊，家庭出行。前台會提前打電話詢問車牌號，幾點過來，到了店長會出來接，服務沒得説，太好了！！！！每個房子還有自己的泳池，水超級乾淨，爽！！

Vietimme kaksi viimeistä päivää Hyatt Regency Tianli Bay -hotellissa, ja suosittelemme sitä lämpimästi. Hotellissa viihtyi erittäin hyvin, ja huoneet olivat ERITTÄIN isot! Hotellissa oli monia palveluita, joista täytyi maksaa erikseen, kuten lasten leikkipaikat. Hotellin erikoisuus on sen vaaleanpunainen hiekkaranta, joka on täydellinen valokuvien ottamiseen, ja lapsetkin rakastivat sitä. Rannalle oli vain lyhyt kävelymatka, ja hotelli tarjosi ilmaisia hiekkaleluja. Hyatt Regency Tianli Bayn aamiainen oli myös erinomainen – raaka-aineet olivat huippulaatua ja ruoka herkullista! Hyatt Regency Tianli Bay -hotelli on Länsisaaren vieressä. Kävimme Länsisaarella yhtenä päivänä ja suosittelemme ostamaan 61 yuanin hintaisen kiertoajeluvaunun, jolla pääsee Kilpikonnarannalle ja Niuwanglingiin. Nämä nähtävyydet eivät itsessään ole kovin erinomaisia, mutta matkan varrella maisemat ovat erittäin kauniit ja jopa hieman jännittävät ja seikkailulliset.

Fantastic experience from the moment my friend and I arrived. The lady on reception was totally amazing and helpful and professional. The room was lovely the breakfast very good. The allowed me a late checkout which was super helpful:). Well done. I wish I had asked the lady at reception for her name so I could mention her name:).
