The Vibe : from the second we arrived, we were blown away by the archutecture and interior design. Its visual masterpiece. The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable.

The front counter girl is very friendly and helpful. She is very responsive on our needs. She even help us to get a very good tour guide. The rooms here are spacious & clean. Location is also very good. The bus stops are just right in front of the hotel(via the KFC side) & it offer free bus service to the scenic areas & also to Wuyishanbei station. Nearby also has a lot of restaurants offer cheap & good local foods. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Wuyishan.

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

We arrived in Wuyi city in the morning after leaving Hangzhou, and the hotel staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They even provided teas and welcome fruits and kindly explain how to get the entrance of Wuyi mountain from XIAOWU, which was incredibly helpful. But above all, the hotel itself was the highlight. It was spotless and easily the most memorable place we stayed during our 10-day trip in China. The room was very clean and we were received with a great hospitality. The rooms are set up in a luxurious way like a classy hotel. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel like big cities, it provides optimized design and five-star hotel services for Mt. Wuyi travel. If I visit Wuyi mountain again with my parents in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and I especially want to commend Veronica for her warm and thoughtful service. We casually asked if we could purchase two small face towels, and after she checked, the General Manager actually arranged for them to be given to us as a gift. This unexpected gesture truly made us feel warmly cared for. The front desk team was consistently enthusiastic and proactive. The room was comfortable and clean, and even the ballpoint pen provided for signing had a stylish design. From response speed to sincerity in service, every detail was handled perfectly. On top of that, the location is extremely convenient! it's right next to a small mall with convenient shop, cafes and even Michelin Bib Restaurant! Metro is just few steps away, making it extremely accessible to many famous tourist spots. We genuinely love this hotel and highly recommend it!

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on a high floor with an extra bed for the kids. Room was spacious and well laid out and didn't feel cramped at all even with the extra bed inside. Breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy but the noodle station was really good and we went back for it every morning. The indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great, we spent quite a bit of time there. My husband checked out the gym and said it was well equipped. What really made our stay was Cindy Ye from guest relations. I asked about visiting the local morning market and she suggested we take the bus and BRT instead of a taxi. Ended up being a really fun experience using local transport, and it only took us about 30 mins to get there. Really appreciated that she took the time to explain the route to us. Would definitely consider staying here again.
