Very nice room   Coffee maker in the room would have been a great addition but overall a very comfortable bed and clean room made for a good night’s sleep.  Thank you!

酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

Great stay here, clean, comfortable and kid friendly. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or fitness room but was super thankful to have the option there for if the trip got a little too stressful

Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

The people are great, but the AC was not functioning (it was running all night).

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.

This hotel is good for families and kids. The room was very clean however the TV reception was not good. The AC fan was loud and dated. At night the kids run around, nothing wrong with that but if you're tired and in need of rest, then invest in good ear plugs. Wifi was spotty.
