Very nice room   Coffee maker in the room would have been a great addition but overall a very comfortable bed and clean room made for a good night’s sleep.  Thank you!

The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

All fine, except in advance I asked for a earlier check in than 3:00pm. Was hoping to get in for 2:00pm. I got told on arrival no rooms ready yet. Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm. Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing. I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for. I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready. Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm. Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system. May not go back in future.

It was very nice and new! Very quick check in. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean, great TV selection. New modern bathroom. Great breakfast and frendly staff. Great price too. Highly recommended!!

酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

The breakfast menu could have been better. No sausages for breakfast. The beds were not made for the days we were out of the motel. Only towels were changed each day.

It was difficult for beginners to find room numbers 315 to 316. I think it would be better to arrange a room map. The hotel service and breakfast were very good.

Location was good. Not impressed with the breakfast selection. Our room was supposed to have a garden view but I don't think any of the rooms actually have a view. Tiny window above the toilet that I think looks out into greenery is what i think they call the ”view” and that window and screen are covered in bugs. When we turned on the fan for the bathroom there was a stench of ****. On what I assume was like a mattress cover was covered in hair really disgusting. Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower was large and clean. the room was spacious with good storage. Adirondack chair in front of room could use a paint job and some cleaning. Overall not really impressed for what I paid for. 

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!
