Location: Excellent location. About 800m from Kyoto Station. You can walk through an indoor connected mall and station, making it safe and convenient even with luggage. Cleanliness: The bed is comfortable and the toilet is very clean. Service: Staff are a mix of Japanese and international, able to speak both English and Japanese. Facilities: Lifts are fast and responsive. Water dispenser available, please bring your own bottle. Convenience: Very well equipped. AEON Mall is 100m away and Lawson is 200m away. Overall: The hotel uses central air conditioning, which may not be ideal if you prefer a colder room. However, the hotel provided a Dyson portable fan, which made the room comfortable and allowed for good sleep. Well done Miyako Hotel. I will definitely return.

Huone on erittäin suuri. Vaikka se on pariskunnille tarkoitettu hotelli, siinä ei ole rajoituksia vieraiden tyypeille. On miellyttävä yllätys, että saan majoittua tällaisessa huoneessa tällaiseen hintaan. Huoneessa on myös viihdepalvelut, kuten karaoke. Voit vapaasti valita kotiovellesi toimitettavan aamiaisen. Tämä on arvokkain hotelli, jossa olen yöpynyt Japanissa. Ainoa haittapuoli: Se on noin kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta

Although we arrived late at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the onset is open 24 hours, offering clear and warm hot baths. The relaxing atmosphere, with massage chairs to help ease the stress from a long flight, made us feel comforted. Its convenient location within walking distance is a great plus; I highly recommend it.

Minun piti yhtäkkiä jäädä yöksi, joten etsin tyhjää hotellia, joka oli puhdas ja jossa oli suuri julkinen kylpylä, ja tein varauksen. Vaikka huone oli pieni, se oli puhdas ja mukava. Ainoa ongelma oli, että ilmastointilaitteessa oli sietämätön haju, eikä edes ilmanpuhdistin päässyt eroon hajusta, joten sammutin sen. Pelästyisin, jos olisi kuuma päivä. Tarkista se. Se oli sääli, koska kaikki muu oli erittäin hyvää. Ei voi myöskään mitään, että suurin osa vieraista oli ulkomaalaisia.

We had a pleasant and memorable stay at Double Tree Hilton @ Kyoto. The front desk staff (Rei n the girls) were very attentive, helpful and provided an excellent service 👍. The restaurant n housekeeping team did an amazing job. Besides that, the breakfast spread was fantastic and the hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto station (5-7 mins walk). Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 🙏

As a solo traveller I was surprised it is actually a love hotel which I did not pay attention when booking. It does not matter though. Very good condition and big space. Good breakfast included. It is also very nice having a massage chair. It is over 1km from train station which is slightly inconvenient from people with large luggage.   I did see a 1cm long bug on my pillow on the second day but I would think it is accidental considering the general cleanness is significantly better than most other hotels I stayed.

Outstanding stay. The staff was absolutely lovely and extremely attentive. I dropped off my luggage on the first day, and it was placed directly in my room before I even returned to the hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, I was upgraded, the room was very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—right next to the main transportation hub and close to the city center.

Delightful modern hotel. It’s very comfy. The breakfast delicious and the ingredients are high quality. Premium dishes that satisfies the definition of high quality cuisine. Good slippers and comfortable pyjama(bathrobes are also included). Good cleaning service. I recommend this hotel to stay in while you’re in Kyoto. Price/quality ratio is perfect!

The location was super convenient as it is close to the main train station (about 5 min walk) as well as bus and metro stations. There are several restaurants around the hotel. The room was quite spacious. It was very convenient to have 3 washing machines to wash our clothes. The staff was always super useful when we needed their help.

Tämä on toinen kerta, kun olen täällä. Pidän siitä, koska se on lähellä asemaa, se on puhdas ja huoneen suunnittelu on moderni ja tyylikäs. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli myös erittäin mukavaa. Onko tällä kertaa tervetuliaisdrinkin lisäksi kampanja, jossa jaetaan yksi drinkki ensimmäisen kerroksen baarista? Hän teki myös tämän. Voit saada tarvitsemasi mukavuudet vastaanotosta, ja huoneessa on vain välttämätön. Onko joitakin ihmisiä, joiden mielestä se ei riitä? Pidän kuitenkin siitä, että huone on puhdas ja siisti :) Seuraavalla kerralla haluaisin pysyä suunnitelmassa, joka sisältää aamiaisen!
