Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold.
Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

I wasn't expecting such good service, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Unlike other hotels here they allot a table for you so you don't have to worry about your table getting occupied during busy breakfast hours.
The rooms were clean and I had a pleasant stay!

I had an amazing experience at Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options, and the hotel's amenities, especially the fitness center, was very nice. The location was perfect—close to the ambience mall but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I'll definitely be back.

My stay at the hotel was good. The size of the room is decent and the cleanliness was quite good. The breakfast wasn't that good, not a lot of varieties given, it's mostly Indian style. The service and the restaurant from the hotel. Overall, the stay was good but definitely lots of room to improve

AAnonyymi käyttäjäVery disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

VVieraskäyttäjäHad a great experience at Holiday Inn once again. I had stayed there earlier in April 2025. Great ambience and excellent service by the staff. Like last time, we got an upgrade for our room. Room service was excellent and we were promptly provided with an extra chair on request.
Breakfast spread is delectable, and most of the staff there is very courteous and helpful. Teresa recognised us from our last trip and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Head Chef Prakash Yadav, Restaurant Manager Vinay, Restaurant Beverage manager Krishan Kumar made it a point to go to each guest to make them feel welcome. The apple jalebis merit a special mention.
Special thanks to reservation supervisor Amrita Gharti for all her help in making our stay a memorable one.
Checkin was super easy and smooth thanks to Swati. And so was the late check out courtesy Akanksha.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

BBlackSilverGuyI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day.
One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal.
That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.
