I asked the hotel for earplugs, but they didn't have any, saying they'd report it to their manager. I had to contact Ctrip customer service to change to a room on an empty floor. If they had empty floors, why didn't they just put people checking in at night on those floors? And why didn't they stagger room assignments if the soundproofing is so bad? And they don't even provide earplugs! Outrageous! The charging ports in the hotel are incredibly slow, even though it's supposed to be fast charging, it's twice as slow as at home. It's 2025, and the hotel still wants a 100 RMB deposit!"
