Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric."

Room bonus include: - Fast free Wi-Fi - The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. - There was plenty of light in our room, and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. - The quiet hallways were wonderful for getting some rest - Refrigerator Premium amenities include: - Second-floor self-service laundry facilities - 24-hour fitness center - Diverse breakfast buffet with attentive service The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It has earned my absolute endorsement and I will certainly return during my next business trip."
