Houda Yasmine Marina & Spa arvostelua

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It is very tired and in need of some refurbishment. There is a medium outside pool which is not heated and far too cold to use, and a small inside pool in the spa area that was surprisingly deep. There are sports facilities and mini golf of site when when we asked about using these we were told these were summer activities only and that there was not gold clubs/balls or other equipment. There is also only one bar normally with only one person serving, all the soft drinks came from open bottles. We went in between English half term and Tunisia half term to avoid too many kids. But found the hotel very full on a few days, making meal times and trying to use the indoor pool impossible. Some of the hotel staff are very pushy, the sales reps for tui kept asking us to go on tours and carriage rides despite saying no politely several times. And the restaurant manager kept trying to seat us in a separate back room without warming, menus or even an insight into what was happening or being served. He also forced my husband to write a positive review by taking his phone and selecting the options he wanted himself. In general the meals were fine nothing spectacular and on most days there was plenty to go around, but as someone else previously said there was often no signage to what each item was or the allergens. I found on several occasions that the juice machine ran out quickly and the coffee machine tasted like bleach, and the bottled water dispenser was clearly filled with tap water and gave several people diarrhea. There was no checking in at meal times and no explanations for any of the fresh food being made for example the pasta or eggs. We didn't have any info from the front desk about facilities or even when to check out. We asked about the spa and were told to talk to the spa staff. We booked a hammam, facial and massage for €75 each, there was little to no communication and I felt uncomfortable at times. I would not recommend the facial services as they used blackhead removal tools and cut my cheeks, left me with deep gashes, large scratches that took days to heal and bruises on my nose, chin and forehead. When I tried to ask them to stop they pressed harder until I removed myself from the room. The hotel rooms were always kept clean and tidy, there were several days when our room wasn't cleaned until passed 12. The wifi was patchy at best and frustrating at times. Overall I would say this is a fine short stay budget hotel but would recommend elsewhere.

Accueil correct. Hôtel bien placé et calme. Malheureusement des travaux étaient en cours à notre arrivée. Bruyant. Le restaurant est moyen très peu de choix et le café est imbuvable. Les serveurs sont anti femmes ils vous regardent de travers. Et si vous ne donnez pas de pourboire c’est pire. Dommage je n’y reviendrai pas

Hotel is very beautiful, the food is very tasty. Drinks at the bar are also very good. The animators group is very friendly, very nice, kind and helpful people. Mimi. HOUDA MARINA & SPA est plus un camping qu'un hôtel. Et encore ! Il existe des campings beaucoup plus accueillants, plus propres et plus chics ! ACCUEIL On a attendu notre chambre une heure le premier jour. CHAMBRE Une toute petite chambre avec des lits de piètre qualité qui provoquent des douleurs au dos. L'armoire sent l'insecticide. Petite question : combien de temps faut-il rester dans l'hôtel pour espérer un changement de draps ? Draps jamais changés malgré un séjour de 2 semaines. Propreté : 2/10 Économie de l'hôtelier : 10/10 Les petites doses de gel douche et de shampoing ne sont distribuées que le premier jour. Ne doit-on se laver que le premier jour ? 🤔 On entend très bien les autres clients de l'hôtel très tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. Je ne le reproche pas à l'hôtel 🤗 mais cela donne une idée du type de clientèle qui fréquente l'hôtel. PISCINE ET ANIMATION Avant tout, je suggère à l'hôtelier d'interdire la cigarette à la piscine ⛔ En Tunisie, comme ailleurs, la cigarette est interdite à la piscine, ne serait-ce que pour éviter aux enfants de respirer la fumée des voisins. Il faut dire que la piscine est sale. Près des transats, on trouve, chaque matin, des mégots🚬 Elle n'est jamais nettoyée. Les femmes de ménage nettoient seulement le sol autour de la piscine. Pour la piscine, il faut faire intervenir un pisciniste comme le font les bons hôtels de Tunisie mais chez HOUDA on préfère faire des économies 😉 Sur Booking, ils disent qu'ils fournissent les serviettes de piscine mais c'est faux. C'est bien la première fois que l'hôtelier en all inclusive ne me fournit pas ma serviette de piscine 😳 Bravo pour cette économie 👏👎 La musique diffusée (à la piscine et pendant les soirées) n'est pas de cette année. Le son est de mauvaise qualité. Sur Booking, ils disent qu'ils fournissent les serviettes de piscine mais c'est faux. C'est bien la première fois que l'hôtelier en all inclusive ne me fournit pas ma serviette de piscine 😳 Bravo pour cette économie 👏👎 La musique diffusée (à la piscine et pendant les soirées) n'est pas de cette année. Le son est de mauvaise qualité. RESTAURATION Pain de mauvaise qualité. J'imagine que c'est le moins cher. Des files d'attente pour presque tout et à tous les repas. Un service sans organisation. Des serveurs peu motivés. On a le choix : soit on les appelle et ils tournent les talons comme s'ils n'avaient rien entendu soit on se lève pour aller chercher ce qu'il nous faut : serviettes, couverts... Quand on leur demande des boissons, on doit être très patient, en espérant que la moitié de la commande ne soit pas oubliée. J'en ai fait la triste expérience. Pas de yaourt, un dessert pourtant simple à mettre à disposition à tous les repas. D'autres hôtels, moins chers, le font. Économies encore 😉 Peu de légumes healthy : seulement quelques crudités. Surtout de la friture. Pas de fruit sec (amandes, noix...) Au petit-déjeuner pas de fruit (à l'exception de la pastèque). Est-il si difficile de p

This is a lovely hotel made even better by the atmosphere and staff. The entertainment team are very friendly and put on great activities in the bar in the evening. Massive shout out to the waiter called Radhwen who always made sure we were looked after with drinks etc, he was so helpful, cheerful and friendly. We had a great time here and would return.

Had a fantastic holiday. I found the hotel lounge areas and poolside stylish and relaxing. The area of Yasmine Hammamet is attractive with lovely sandy beaches. There were lots of good food choices. Everything was very clean. All staff were very welcoming and attended to our needs but in particular the entertainment staff Mimi and YaYa made sure everyone was included and had a good time. Also they made sure to spend time with anyone sitting alone who wanted company. There are trips out which you can book with the hotel rep but we found much better value outside. Only negative was the hard pillows but then on my last day I found the softer ones in a cupboard.

I visited Nozol Al-Huda and I enjoyed a lot of the wonderful atmosphere in it in terms of organization and food, and the best is the animation team, including Yaya. I had a lot of fun with them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Had an enjoyable stay at Houda hotel. Quiet & relaxing. Friendly & helpful staff especially Mimi from animation team. Food is average but compensated with enthusiastic waiting staff. Weather has been wonderful for exploring local areas.
