"Was at Djeuga Palace with a colleague and to be honest, hated every minute of it (pardon my french). At checking in, 2 *********** walked in, waiving their IDs at reception and being lead into the elevators. Throughout our stay, it was clear that the place is used extensively by solo male business travellers and there were a lot of those ladies hanging around in the lounge ... As 2 solo female travellers it did not feel safe, welcoming or clean. My room itself was basic and dirty. I did not dare to walk around without shoes. Sheets had stains. The flush of the toilet was so dirty that I could see fingers or previous guests printed in them ... So my recommendation: find another hotel in Yaoundé. There's better options out there."

"The staff is friendly, which is really the only positive point of this hotel. The exterior infrastructures have not been maintained for ages, which is a shame because the panorama is superb. Let's move on to the negatives: The wifi didn't work. It was impossible to get hot water, so I had to shower with cold water…. Finally I got up in the middle of the night and found that many guests were installed in the bathroom! A myriad of cockroaches were walking around the sink! In short: last time in this hotel which is a disaster!"

"Good option in a very nice location. I stayed in one of the apartments which was spacious and well-equipped. Marthe who runs the place was exceptionally helpful and was able to sort out all of the issues that I had. I was in Cameroon for a business trip and booked everything through Full Circle Travel who I have used for many years and they are excellent"
