"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"The price wasn't really a selling point, but I chose this hotel for a last-minute trip. I was lucky enough to encounter a front desk agent (later I heard her name was A-Qing) who had an excellent service attitude. She made sure our child's toiletries and other needs were well taken care of, which created a fantastic emotional experience. When the kids are happy, we're happy, so a big thumbs up! The hotel's facilities, however, definitely lack smart technology, which is where the price difference might be. Also, I'd suggest the hotel gets some goldfish; it's such a nice place, and I hope our child can feed fish next time we visit."

"As a guest who pays attention to details, I would like to offer some feedback and suggestions for your newly opened hotel. First, seeing that your online platform describes it as a "villa with private hot spring twin room," my first impression was that it included a twin room with a private hot spring in an entire villa. However, it turns out there was only one room with a private hot spring in the villa area, which was quite disappointing. Second, perhaps due to rushed cleaning, there was some trash on the balcony that hadn't been cleaned up in time, and there were some debris and stains on the room and bathroom floors. The lampshade on the coffee table also had many fingerprints and was quite dirty, indicating it wasn't properly cleaned. I suggest placing the hotel slippers outside the wardrobe, as they are more visible and harder to find when placed inside. The hairdryer could also be placed on the plate above the sink, but it was placed in the cabinet under the coffee table, which was also difficult to find. Furthermore, the room had a very strong smell of renovation; it felt stuffy and smelly as soon as you entered. The soundproofing wasn't very good either; we could hear people talking in the next room. Also, the door could benefit from a vibration damping strip, as it slammed shut so loudly it could wake you up. The hot springs were quite good, with many pools to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, I was a bit dissatisfied with the private baths. The privacy between the private baths in each room was poor; people upstairs could see right into our private baths. The only obstruction between the private baths was some plants, and we could clearly see into the private baths in the next room through the small trees. There were also large gaps in the railings, allowing guests to easily pass through to other rooms' balconies. This is a serious issue that needs improvement, concerning guest privacy and safety. The gym and children's playground were also quite good, with complete facilities. There were some unsatisfactory aspects to the restaurant. Some staff members needed to improve their service level; they spoke too softly and their directions were not clear. The food was acceptable, but there was no butter next to the bread machine, and the vinegar and soy sauce in the condiment area should be labeled to avoid confusion. The beef brisket in the noodle area was left outside, already cold and the oil had solidified, making it seem less fresh. Furthermore, during the stay, no one led guests to their rooms; the location was only verbally explained. Some guests may have had trouble finding their rooms. Additionally, the cleaning cart was placed in the middle of the corridor, making the path very narrow, resulting in a less than ideal stay experience. Overall, the hotel was quite good in many aspects, but there are several details that require more attention. After all, the price is not low, and the corresponding expectations for facilities and services need to be higher."

One of the highlights was the mahjong room – we spent so much time there and had an absolute blast! The morning breakfast was also great and set us up nicely for the day. Overall, we had a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful yet enjoyable villa experience!"
