"One of the best hotels I have been to in China. And that is saying something, with that high a competition in China. It is located in a very convenient point of the city, which is within 1-2 km to the food and shopping districts of the Xining Center. "We booked two ocean-themed twin rooms in advance, arriving at midnight, but there were no rooms available. They said it was because we arrived too late. The lights outside the hotel weren't working, the staff were rude, the room key card was loose, causing the electrical box to rattle, and there was a power outage in the middle of the night. The room was unclean; there was a lot of dust in the bathroom and around the windows. The toilet seat was made of wood and made a creaking sound when you sat on it. The breakfast was mediocre."
