When I requested a free upgrade as indicated on the booking page, the front desk refused, citing a lack of rooms. I understood and agreed to make do. However, when I checked online around 8 PM, all room types were available for booking that day… I felt discriminated against and mistreated."

I deliberately checked every nook and cranny with a meticulous eye, and there were no blind spots for hygiene. So much so that I didn't even use the thoughtful disposable toiletries provided in the room, because I trusted the room's cleanliness. The hairdryer works great. Abundant breakfast! Many choices! There were local specialty fruits, dried fruits, and juices, as well as various Chinese and Western options. You can tell a lot of thought went into presenting the breakfast."

"The hotel description stated that it newly opened in 2024, but upon arrival, I found it to be an old Jeongi Hotel operating under a different name. The facilities were outdated, and repairs were not being carried out on time. The towels were worn out, and the flooring was warping with cracks forming. There was a sour smell in the room. As for breakfast, there were many people, but there was hardly anything to eat."

"The parking lot is small, and you have to park outside Leitai Park opposite (parking was free when I went there, so I don’t know how it is during the peak season). The hotel environment is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. However, there are few restaurants around and many of them are teahouses. I found a barbecue restaurant far away."

"The room was really cheap, just over 100 RMB. Honestly, for that price, none of the issues are really issues. The location is decent, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The bedding was comfortable and looked clean. There wasn't a desk in the room, but the front desk staff kindly brought one up for me, which was great service! However, there's no one at the front desk after hours, and calls don't go through. There's no elevator, so you have to climb three flights of stairs. I'd suggest putting an air purifier in the public hallways."
