"We had a wonderful stay at Shuiyunlan Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
The staff were especially impressive, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. "The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money."

"Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy."

"Wuhan being the transit hub for trains in China is essential for early am trains the next day. This hotel serves as a key rest point from hankou railway station and is only about a 5 minute walk away from the entrance. The hotel has a small elevator door entrance to get access to the second floor. The front desk is to your right as you exit the elevator. Hot water is available with quick registration. Staff is friendly and is helpful. The bathroom has a small shower space but decent size of the room. Overall, I would stay here again."

"The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future."

"Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool.
What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay.
Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal."
