"Varattu Varattu Check-in, saapui 1130am,our allocated room wasn't ready so another found.Why check-in at Premier In take soooo long? Huone 305 Premier Plus oli puhdas, AC toimi hyvin, mutta, kylpyhuone tarvitsee astian, suihkunäyttö on vapaa ja jos se putoaa pois, voi olla suuri ongelma ja tupakan ympärillä oleva mausteinen sinetöinti on tehty 3-vuotiaana, Kamala työ!! Olemme oleskeleneet tässä Premier Inn monta kertaa ja pysyvästi, aamiainen on ollut pettymys,ei tällä kertaa, he lopulta näyttää olevan joku keittiössä, joka tietää mitä tehdä.Vaimoni pyysi Porridge ja erittäin apukas herrasmies, jonka oletan oli Chef tuotti Porridgen nopeasti ja vaimoni sanoi, että se oli täydellinen,kuuma ruoka oli myös erinomainen, ensimmäinen tässä Innissa meille.Ei oikeaa dekahvia, vain savukkeita,tule Premier,saavutetaan. Kaikki kaikessa mukava oleskelu ,hyvä henkilöstö,hyvä aamiainen kerran,mukava vuode, mukava ja hiljainen yöllä, 8/10 jätetään pois kylpyhuone!!"

"We had an executive room which was lovely, very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good, I wish we had seen that they do have a menu for additional breakfast dishes. Sunday was busy, very disappointed that they ran out of mugs, so we had to use paper cups!!!! Not acceptable! No offer to get any clean mugs. Member of party wanted a decaf latte coffee, was told sachets were available-which were awful. When she ordered a decaf latte from waitress she was charged. Hotel was very clean and staff nice. Additional £30 per adult/day for breakfast is excessive, additional charge also for spa make this hotel very expensive and not good value. I doubt we will return to ‘add ons’"
