"Our stay at Hotel Heinitzburg was an absolute delight from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a miniature chocolate volcano treat—such a lovely surprise and a wonderful introduction to the thoughtful hospitality that made our visit so special. The rooms have a nostalgic charm that takes you back to a more elegant era, while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The entire setting is beautifully presented, immaculate, and full of character. There is a sense of care in every detail, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and wonderfully welcoming. We loved every moment. Dinner was a particular highlight. We had the honour of being served by Mr Tibor Raith himself, which made the evening feel incredibly personal. The menu was one to remember: exciting, exotic flavours, delicious combinations, and dishes that gave us plenty to talk about long after the meal. It was an experience to savour, and a wonderful part of our stay. What made Heinitzburg truly stand out was how special we were made to feel. We were spoiled rotten and treated like royalty, yet the hospitality remained warm and personal throughout. A heartfelt thank you to Mr Raith and the entire team for all the spoils and for such a memorable experience. We loved our time at Heinitzburg and would be delighted to return! Antje & Juliane"
