"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way.  We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance.  The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub.  Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu.  Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn.  We’ll return again and again. "

"Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed.. Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact..  front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that."

"Tarkistuksen aikana huomasimme vahvan savukkeen haju, mutta se oli odotettavissa. Kaikki kulkutiet ja hissi haisi melko huonosti, mutta huone haisi hyvin. Seinässä oli ikkunassa ja jonkinlainen pimeä väri puutarhassa. Jääkaapissa oli keltainen neste kuivattu ympäri. Kun tarkistan vuodeveitset huomasin, että matossa oli paljon tinkiä ja leikkauksia kuin se olisi leikattu veitsellä tai jotain. Levyt ja keihäs olivat likaisia, mutta meillä oli nukkuvat taskut ja keihäs autossa, joita käytimme täysin tehtyä sängyssä, joten meidän ei tarvinnut koskea pesuun nukkuessamme."
