Sunday Resort Schwielowsee ★★★★

"I've read through so many reviews and can't understand how anyone could even begin to rate this hotel with less than 4 stars! The hotel is fantastic! Both the individual apartments in the outlying buildings (which we were able to easily exchange for a room in the building) and the entire complex, the hotel, simply everything! The owner has put so much effort into creating a truly fantastic concept and a fantastic complex! The staff throughout the hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast has everything you need and is consistently fresh and varied! Whether it's the wellness area, the outdoor area, or the room, everything is clean and modern; you feel very comfortable! We travel a lot around the world, and this hotel offers excellent value for money! P.S. Given the size of the complex, you might sometimes have to wait a bit or the breakfast room might be a bit full. I can't understand why this could be considered "bad"! Many thanks to all the staff and the owner for the lovely weekend!"

Hotel Mohr & Spa ★★★

"Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE."

"Juhlimme viikonloppua kahdeksannen syntymäpäiväni ja perheeni "Rittari" -mestariin. Se oli täydellinen menestys, me kaikki löysimme sen super ja unohtumaton. Kuultuaan rouva Kobela oli kaikki täydellisesti järjestetty. Huoneita näköala meren ei ole liian suuri, mutta varustettu kaikkea tarvitaan ja hyvin puhdas. Tänä iltana keittiö ja aamiainen buffet tarjosi kaiken mitä voit haluta, myös vegetarians. Ruoka oli erittäin herkullinen ja muotoiltu piffillä. Hienoa on suora pääsy meren ja asteelle. Haluan korostaa avointa, asiakasystävällistä ilmapiiriä koko talossa. Kiitos rouva Göde vastaanotto ja palvelukollegoiden rouva Plate Ja rouva Anter (toivottavasti huomattu oikein!). Olimme kuulleet ennen myönteisiä ystävistä ja voi vain vahvistaa, "Rittmeister" on superlocation."

"- Täydellistä! Tuore, puhdas, tilava ja käytännöllinen. Mukava majoitus tiellä pitkin tiellä Tanskaan. Vaikka se on itse sisäänkirjautuminen, ei ollut mitään ongelmaa saada suoraan yhteyttä apuhenkilökuntaan, kun tarvitsimme sen, vaikka se oli myöhäistä yöllä. Jäämme varmasti täällä taas, kun me kulkee!"
