The building is very safe, there is 24/7 security so no need to worry much, there are convenience stores around so it's easy to buy food at midnight

The apartment is ok quite airy, detailed check in instructions, friendly and helpful if needed. The swimming pool is great to use to watch the sunset from the sea is great
