"Our family planned a trip to Labuan, and we booked this hotel blindly because we were rushing for the high-speed train, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the high-speed train station. What's great is that the hotel offers shuttle service, which is super convenient for independent travelers. Then, for check-in, the front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication was smooth and the process was quick. As for the room: it's incredibly spacious, comes with a fridge, and has a great view. The bedding is also very comfortable and clean. Thumbs up! 👍"

Once we got there front desk service was upstairs and only came down once we called the number on the wall. The room slide window lock was broken, we requested a replacement and the second room had seaweed in the toilet, the sandals were scattered, blanket messy, pillow misplaced, like someone has used it already."
