"I stayed here for sightseeing in Vienna. Located along the Ringstrasse, it was very convenient for tourists as major attractions like the State Opera House and St. Stephen's Cathedral were easily accessible. The hotel's exterior was also lovely; from the moment I arrived, I felt the elegant, Viennese atmosphere. The hotel's interior wasn't overly classical; it beautifully combined vintage charm with modern design, making it very stylish. The lobby, elevators, and corridors all had a great ambiance, making the hotel itself feel like part of the sightseeing experience. There were many photogenic spots, so I highly recommend it to those who enjoy their hotel stay as much as their explorations. The guest room had a calm atmosphere with a simple yet tasteful design. Being a hotel in the heart of Vienna, the room wasn't exceptionally spacious, but it was perfectly adequate for a sightseeing-focused trip. It was also kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. What particularly stood out was the rooftop. It featured a restaurant, bar, and pool, offering a wonderful experience with views over Vienna. I also had breakfast here, and the open-air setting allowed me to leisurely enjoy my mornings during the trip. The selection of dishes was ample, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very kind, and I had no issues from check-in to check-out. Returning to the hotel after a day of walking around Vienna, the calm atmosphere was truly soothing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy both a convenient location for sightseeing in Vienna and a stylish hotel atmosphere. It's especially perfect for those who want their hotel itself to be a memorable part of their trip, rather than just a place to stay. I enjoyed the Viennese cityscape and had a slightly special stay. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here."

"Hilton Vienna Waterfront oli kallein hotelli, jonka ostimme 15 päivän Euroopan kiertueemme aikana, mutta jossa meillä oli huonoin majoituskokemus. Minulle kerrottiin, että siinä oli tekninen ongelma. 2-) Menimme huoneeseemme 2 tunnin kuluttua. Huone oli tukkoinen ja kostea. Emme voineet pyytää huoneen vaihtoa, koska meille kerrottiin, että hotellissa ei ollut muita vastaavia huoneita. 3-) Vaikka varaus oli 4 hengelle, huoneessa oli 2 sarjaa pyyhkeitä. 4-) Pyyhkeet jätettiin likaiseksi. 5-) Suihkujärjestelmä on erittäin huono. Vesi virtaa hyvin vähän. Valitettavasti voin sanoa, että se on pahin Hilton, jossa olen koskaan yöpynyt. Ainoa positiivinen asia oli, että ei ollut pysäköintimaksua, joka kompensoi pitkää odotusta lähtöselvityksessä."

"Arvostelut tästä hotellista pitäisi olla paljon korkeampi. Kova tuote ja palvelu ovat voittamattomia. Huoneet ovat uudet, maukasta suunnitellut ja erittäin toiminnalliset. Palvelu oli kauempana hämmästyttävää - parhaat kokemukset Euroopassa alusta loppuun. Antaakseen tunteen vain kuinka hyvä palvelu oli, lähetin heille WA pyytää MO pandaa tavaraa poikani ystävä sai MO Pariisissa. He eivät saaneet sitä, mutta tulimme takaisin iso pandaa tavaraa ja ajatteleva muistiinpano. Kun menimme lentokentälle ja taksikuski halusi ladata epätarkkaa kiinteää maksua, MO henkilöstö vastasi minulle heti ja soitti taksikuski, joka ratkaisi sen kuljettajan kanssa minuutin kuluessa. Kun poikani tarvitsi kuumaa maitoa 2-3x päivässä, henkilöstö toimitti sen nopeasti ilman maksua.Aamiainen oli nopea ja herkullinen heidän ravintolassaan. Bed oli erittäin mukava parhaiden lyijylehtien ja keittiövalikko. Lasten tilat olivat erinomaisia - slipperit, vaatteet, saippua ja lotion. Lyhyesti sanottuna en voi sanoa tarpeeksi hyviä asioita tästä hotellista ja en olisi tullut Wieniin, jos en olisi voinut jäädä tänne. Se oli täysin iloinen ja toivon, että olisimme voineet jäädä pidempään. Suunnittelee jo seuraavaa MO-matkaa."

The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, which I was very happy with. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished toiletries. Environment: It's close to the Renweg subway station, with the S7 line going directly to the airport. Trams 71 and 0 also go to the city center, making it quite convenient. Service: This hotel seems to host a lot of Chinese tour groups. During my stay, there were often student performance groups checking in, and I even saw flight crews from Air China and China Eastern. The front desk service was quite good."

"We booked this hotel because of the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. However no information was showed at trip.com or the hotel website during booking (3 weeks before the trip) the restaurant is undergoing renovation. The breakfast was relocated to the 4th floor with no view. It also changed to semi buffet which you need to order the main course. It is extremely disappointing! Most of the places of the restaurant has been blocked for renovation, just having 5-6 tables for drink during night time. If we know it before, we would not book the hotel. The cost of the hotel is more expensive than other five stars and the premium is mainly due to the breakfast experience at the rooftop. It was so disappointed the booking website and hotel website did not mention it. Also, we were there during World Cup and it was surprised none of any places such as the rooftop bar during night time nor the lobby lounge has any TV showing the game! Can’t expected a so called five stars stylish hotel from Accor group missing this world event. Many others commented the room and it is true that room true to have some design but ending up not so convenient to travellers. Anyway will not stay this again as there are a lot of better options in Vienna for this price."

"Great location, right by the south entrance of the Belvedere Palace, with several museums nearby. Public transport is super convenient with multiple bus and tram stops. It's about a 40-minute tram ride to Schönbrunn Palace and less than 10 minutes to Vienna Central Station. The room was a bit small but quiet. The restaurant was good, offering a rich Western-style breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!"
