Steigenberger Icon Hotel Herrenhof

very good location in the old city zone and walking distance to most of the palace and church and many restaurants and coffee shop nearby, hotel room is clean and friendly staff , good breakfast.

The location is fantastic - it’s within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, yet very quiet at night. The staff members are very friendly, very responsive and very helpful. However, there are issues with some amenities (the staff helped to promptly resolve the issues after we contacted them). There is a weird smell in the corridor - not sure what it is, maybe it’s just a badly selected perfume.

The Hotel is modern and clean. The room is large, and has a comfortable bed. The breakfast had many options and high quality. We recommend.

Great location. Go for the deluxe room catagory for inclusion of free in-room mini bar benefits. They forgot to replenish one night but there were several other drinks available despite this.

The location is absently amazing . we are within the inner stops and walking distance to most of the top sites. breakfast was really good quality. Rooms are clean. Room decor was great good natural lighting. The aircon works perfect for the hot summers. Only downside is the sauna.Only runs from 3 PM-10 pm and the gym was a little claustrophobic.

Everything was good, location, lobby, reception, cleanliness. Just housekeeping tried to enter my rooms once at 8.00am and 2-3 times(8am, 10am and 11.15pm in the morning next day. They just knocked then tab the card without waiting. Feel really unsafe. Not sure why did they do that. It was still early. Told receptionist and he was sorry and said that it should not happen. That’s it.

Satisfied with this hotel! Good environment and friendly staff

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night.

my family and i had an amazing stay at the Steigenberger!!! would go back there anyday!! ❤️
