Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

It was decent stay; but hotel staffs can do better.

浴缸很臟，廚房裡永遠沒有人氣，東西也不好吃。但是好的是攜程幫我免費升級了套房的房型，總體來説還是不錯的

インドで体調不良になりたくなかったのでちゃんとしたホテルを予約しました。アメニティなどはしっかりとしていましたが、エクストラベッドのリクエストをしたのにも関わらず準備されていなかったり追加のタオルをお願いしたのに一向に届けられなかったりヒルトンブランドに値するかと言われると疑問に思います。

衞生和服務，都沒有問題。餐廳也很大。各國菜式都有

Very nice hotel with good service

Stay was comfortable, courteous staff, delicious food, good room however the towels provided were old and discoloured.

room is big staff also good and breakfast also too good 5 star property suite for all families and solo travellers

I belongs to Sunpharma group and my all staff is very enjoy the breakfast and delicious food and juice and coffee. And everything is excellent 👌 👏 one of the best hotel in varanasi. The service *** Mr Anand Yadav and Amar thNku so much everyone 👌 💪 🙂

Great location, guest Experience and comfortable rooms. As we stepped into the hotel we were greeted in true Varanasi style by beautiful Anjali calling it the Aati welcome. The overall service at the hotel is fantastic. Hoshi in particular was very attentive and took time to explain to us about the local food and preparation. The rooms are spacious, comforted furniture the wooden floors gives the room a good ambience

Good hospitality deepa was very professional and impressive with her grooming the food was delicious and sarvice chandni was exceptional overall a wonderful experience the staff were incredibly helpful going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met their friendly and attentive nature thank you mr Rohit your leadership and vision have created a truly exceptional experience your team dedication and hospitality shine through in every aspect of the hotel thank you for ensuring a memorable stay

Very very bad experience, all staff are unprofessional,very bad service, dhaba's staff are more trained to this hotel staff, one time any one go there,and never ever go again, food taste is very bad, thik is 0 star hotel, full money waist hotel
