Good hotel in a nice area

酒店內部乾淨，户外環境優美。有幸在前台遇到SONG女士，其人温和周到，詳細介紹了酒店情況，及時解決了入住時遇到的問題，讓我對酒店的第一印象非常好。入住期間，酒店的吧枱小姐姐也很樂於助人。如果説建議的話，由於就步行而言，酒店離城裡有點距離，所以如果吧枱能在吃飯時間點以外提供一人食的三明治或其他食物就好了。目前是可以提供pizza的，但對一人來説太多了。總的説來，這是一次愉快的體驗。

房間比較安靜，早餐還不錯；不過過於環保了：衹有一瓶洗髮液和沐浴液和洗手液，沒有一次性拖鞋。

The pics on the hotel's website do not correspond to the real thing. The rooms are just plain shabby. There are broken bathroom tiles, the furniture is very old, the carpets I'm sorry to say look disgusting. The whole thing looks like a hotel from the 70s. How can that be a 4-star hotel?

The most peaceful hotel in the French Riviera. Enjoy nature and sunny vibes even in December. I loved the proximity with Antibes that is at a 10 minutes drive. You can cross by squirrels in the hotel’s park and you can hear birds singing that is so relaxing.

Noisy hotel. Every night there was something noisy on in the garden. Was there to work and disturbed by parties and on final night a full blown concert that went on till after midnight. This was a Thursday night not the weekend. Cannot recommend.

Not worth the money. Total disappointment The stay was a complete disappointment. We paid more for a superior room that was supposed to be on the 1st floor and have a terrace (as it was shown on all of the pictures in the description) but we were put in a regular room on the 3rd floor. Staff assured us that it is also superior room because it has a coffee machine. Haha We asked to move us to the room that was booked for at least 1 or 2 nights (out of 3) if anything becomes available, and we were promised that, but nothing happened. We had to ask 3 times (with no success at the end) to change our blanket because it was dirty and had a smell (not cover but blanket itself). As a cherry on the cake we went to the restaurant on premises for a dinner on Saturday night and left 2 hours later still hungry. Simply because it took us 15 min to get ahold of a waiter to get us menu in English, then another 20 min to place the order.. drinks came fast, but food never made it to our table.. meanwhile other French speaking customers who came after us (like 4-5 tables) were properly greeted, food was served and some of them were actually done with their meal. So we had no other choice but to just leave. The next day restaurant manager was informed of this situation, he apologized and provided 2 complimentary drinks. But I hope the staff will get trained better and will learn at least some basics of customer service and basic English. Receptionist Michael was great. He tried to help us, but one person can’t save the world..

The hotel had a nice lobby and was close to Amadeus offices, where I went for work. But the room was terrible. The toilet made freaky sounds and everything inside the room looked like it should be switched out for a newer model

One night ruined a whole week I stayed at this hotel for a week and changed rooms everyday. Each night was fantastic except the last night. The room was strange- small and had a dripping sink. You could hear the drip all the time and I was unable to sleep because of it. It’s a shame as 1 night ruined my memory of an entire week.

So firstly the good stuff, good carpark, nice reception area, quiet room, fresh water on each floor. Now where to start. This hotel is not 4 star. The items listed on the website are not in the rooms. There are No fridges, No coffee makers, No slippers, No safe and only one single chair in the rooms. There are also No drawers to put stuff in either and the TV does Not work. The staff are not very helpful either and if you complain you are ignored or told it is your fault. We were told we had not booked a four star room... I actually had to leave the hotel two days early due to not having certain amenities which meant I could not store my vital medicines properly once the hot weather came. It was hard. The pool was closed (no warning) and we were not advised we had access to the sister hotel one. The meals were ordered incorrectly and we gave up complaining (eg one of our sons ordered fries and was given mashed potato and the child dessert was charged as extra instead of included). We queried this and it was sorted but it was another thing. I have stayed in so many Mercures and Accor branded hotels over the years and this was the most disappointing. It is a shame as with a few tweaks and some staff training it is not difficult to sort these issues - one simple way would be to update the website and the amenities shown and also list as a 3 not 4 star hotel which is an accurate representation.
