"We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was old and poorly maintained, with visible mould in the bathroom and a strong unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The wellness area was also far below our expectations for a hotel marketed as “Spa & Wellness”: the pool was very cold, the whirlpool was only comfortable for about two people, one of three showers was out of order, another worked poorly, and the sauna was extremely humid and not properly heated. The buffet dinner was very limited and the overall quality of the food was disappointing. We reported the problems during our stay, but a better room was only offered at around 5:30 PM on our final evening, which was too late to be a practical solution, especially while travelling with a baby and elderly parents. Overall, the stay did not match the price or the way the hotel is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it."

"No safe in room. One small pillow by bed. Cheap shower. Called 4 star hotel but comparable to 2 star hilton or marriott chains hotels. Ancient style climate control. So slow internet that virtually unusable. This disqualifies it as business hotel, and makes it barely acceptable as vacation place unless you are willing to forgo internet. Big disappointment overall."

"Eating is excellent. A real rareness is "ur eniaty" as it is prepared in Oberschlesien (or you get urek everywhere). Service super. nice, competent and fast. Hotel itself is remembering long ago, although much is renovated. It is also a good refuge to escape the troubled restaurants in the city."
