"The hotel is located on the rock upon the small city beach which is a 10 min walk away. The staff is very friendly. We had a delicious dinner there and te breakfast which was nothing special but ok. The rooms are bit old style and need some refurbishment. Strange blankets. No toiletries, no caffe, no water. All is all is ok but lack a lot of amenieties for a 4star hotel."

"From the classroom here only the olive grove itself. The houses are tired, with an unpleasant smell of the bath. It is cool enough at night, but the room had one and a half bedding and thin paddles. Breakfasts that everyone here praises we haven't appreciated. From the pleasant breakfast on the street. And so there are a lot of flour and little vegetables. Hosts would emphasize the class idea of houses in the olive grove. Add local products. One night here is quite enough, it is not worth staying for a long time."

"A chic hotel with a luxurious view. We had a huge room with a living room, a big balcony. The views open just incredible. Breakfasts liked too. Swedish table, juice, hot drinks. Everything was very delicious. The owner is a very pleasant man who quickly solved our, not even the most basic issues. The beach is cool, really a lot of stones, a galley entrance. But the lying is so placed that the staircase is immediately deep, which was quite convenient. The prices at the restaurant and on the beach are very pleasant. The hotel gives Italian waib from the interior to the music. We really liked it, we'll be happy to come back again. Around a lot of shops, cafes, you can walk pleasantly around Ultzin. From the downsides I will mark the road and the entrance to the hotel. The road is very narrow and incredibly difficult to get off. But we didn't regret taking the car and arriving here from Budva itself. The hotel is a top class!"

"Very fine views over the trees to the Adriatic. Room spacious and clean with excellent facilities, including a working desk and good wifi. Grocery 5 mins up hill, beach and restaurants 10 mins down hill. The host, Ramzes, is the most welcoming of fine fellows, and most informative in conversation in broken English. When I slipped over, he took me to hospital and checked on my health like a son. A very good man."

"Property is located in the heart of Ulcin. Breathtaking view of the sea. Walking distance to the car parking. We stayed 2 different times on March and April 2024 in this outstanding hotel with my dad while visiting from Florida, US. Living in Palm Beach, Florida we are surrounded by different resorts. However this location is pretty close to them. Staff is absolutely welcoming and provides extraordinary service. Food is delicious. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfy, rooms service super fast. Highly recommended!!"

"This hotel’s best feature by far is its stunning location, but that does little to compensate for everything else. We had. 2 bed apartment that felt quite dated. The only aircon unit was in the living area, the furthest it could be from the bedrooms and given it was nearly 40c, this felt like a bad design. While we didn't plan to self-cater, it would have been quite tricky given that the kitchen contained no plates, nothing to cook with, just a handful of cutlery. The bathroom was small and also felt dated. The breakfast was really poor. The hot choices were pretty poor quality (watery scrambled eggs, etc.) while the cereals consisted of 3 ultra-processed chocolate sugary choices, and the museli was a bowl of dry, uncooked oats with a couple of raisins in it - yuck! There was fruit but nothing looked fresh. The worst thing by far was the noise. The hotel is positioned above the nightclubs, which meant that on both nights, it was impossible to sleep until the music stopped at 1am. Our room was probably in the worst possible location, being right on the edge, but there was no escaping how loud it was. I asked reception for earplugs, but they didn't have any. If we hadn't been at the end of our holiday, we would have left after 1 night and gone elsewhere. We didn't venture to the beach because honestly, it just looked awful! Literally, every inch of sand was covered by a parasol or lounger, this is not our idea of a nice beach. Thankfully, the hotel's pool, although small, never got that busy, so after exploring the old town, which, to be honest, didn't take long at all, we just relaxed by the pool. The only good thing was the staff. Everyone, apart from the lady who checked us in and didn’t show us where the pool was, was really friendly and helpful. The transport up the hill with our luggage on the golf buggy was fun and in the heat, a saviour!"
