Piazza Vittorio Suites

I really hate writing poor reviews especially when my hopes were so high of this place.. I'd stayed here before and loved it. It is in a wonderful location ( one of my favourite piazzas in Torino). I had booked suite 7 for my sister's 60th birthday and her daughter joined us for 2 nights which was to have been a surprise. ( we paid a supllement) Good things...location, style ( it's a classy little place). Shame that the clothes hangers were wire - it brought diwn the tone. Solud ones would have been more in keeping. Bad things....it was really really dirty. The dust on the lamps and radiators was thick and dust had collected everywhere ( and this was over time) We couldn't find any cutlery - what was there was basic and still in the dishwasher. Some of the cups were dirty). There was no cutting board and no sharp knife. Most people eat out but we wanted one night in. I paid for our stay the following morning and told Monixa that some crockery was dirty. She knocked 10 euros off the price. That evening we ate in the suite but when I went to wash the dishes, I found the most disgusting sponge I had ever seen. There was also only a drop of washing up liquid. The following morning I was promised a 'deep clean' and the cleaning manager came round. I showed her the sponge. She said it was disgusting and put it straight in the bin. The room was then cleaned well and a bottle of detergent provided. I felt sorry for the young man who cleaned it who I understand was reprimanded ( he pointed out to me that it hadn't rained since January. ) Lots of apologies provided and Monica asked me to send my IBAN derails which I did - ten days ago. I assumed I would be getting some sort of discount. . I have heard nothing since. Not even an acknowledgement of my email. In addition I had asked if I'd mistakenly left a silk scarf. No response to that either. This place has a head start in terms of location and style ( when I stayed the previous time I put up a well deserved review) but what a way to ruin things - and to combine it with complete silence after being asked to give my bank details. Dreadful customer service. I know in the great scheme of things with all that is going on in the world that this is unimportant. However I just feel so disappointed and let down especially by the lack of contact. It seems to be a case of ' if we ignore her she'll go away.

Ottima esperienza, soggiorno in monolocale luminoso, caldo e confortevole, dotato di cucina accessoriata con piastre ad induzione, lavastoviglie, bollitore con dotazione di the'/tisane, microonde. Situato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico, dal nostro alloggio vista sulla parte terminale della Mole Antonelliana, che dista poche centinaia di metri. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check-out.

Chambre correcte mais signalée avec balcon alors Qu’il est interdit d’y aller celui d’à coté étant tombé! Vue sur une cour triste avec poubelles. Pas de clim car il fallait demander la télécommande. Bref pas terrible tout ça Ascenseur hésitant accroché à un immeuble peu fiable

Une très bonne une adresse en plein centre historique de Turin. A quelques mètres du parking public en limite de zone ZTL. L’immeuble est historique mais l’appartement refait à neuf est tres confortable et agréable. Bien équipé et au calme. La vue sur l’arrière cour n’est pas tres belle mais la vue en arrière plan nous l’a fait oublier. L’accueil se passe bien. Le départ aussi.

in bella piazza torinese bel palazzo d’epoca con aree comuni mal tenute. efficiente reception. stanza carina, ampia, bagno vecchio. il problema è stata la assenza di riscaldamento! temperatura esterna 1 grado. facciamo notare il problema e usciamo a cena. al ritorno ancora freddo, facciamo rinotare il problema, ci viene detto provvediamo e quindi passiamo la notte al freddo…..vabbe… non so il costo perche ospiti di amico. avrei gradito un cenno di scuse. il rischio delle tariffe prepagate…..

Personale gentilissimo e attento. Camere pulite e con tutto il necessario. Siamo stati veramente molto bene. La camera graziosa, spaziosa . Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Utilizzato la cucina e mangiato con calma. Inoltre non vi era nessun rumore
