Location not the nearest to town, but other than that everything was good. The front desk was the most welcoming and provided tea during check-in, water bottles during check out. For this price, nothing much to complain about, has a good view too. Worth every dollar.

The hotel is quite old but it is clean and well maintained. The room is really big and has complete toiletries. They gave us free water and fruits during our stay. Their restaurant has a nice view of sapa. This is also near sun plaza and yummy restaurant and moana cafe

The concierge boy was the best, his service was excellent. He was helpful in drying our shoes as it was wet due to the heavy rain. We check out early and wanted to catch the overnight bus, he was attentive and pack some water and banana for us to eat on the way. That was a great gesture.

พนักงานข่วยเหลือดีมาก เราขอเช็คอินก่อน ( 6 โมง) จะได้ห้องสำรองแบบภาพแรกและจะได้ห้องจริงประมาณ 9-10 โมง มีอุปกรณ์ครบ ฮีตเตอร์อุ่นดี แต่น้ำไม่ค่อยร้อนเดี๋ยวร้อนเดี๋ยว้ย็น เตียงใหญ่นุ่มมาก เนักงานที่เคาเตอร์สื่อสารอังกฤษได้ดี เ้านซ้ายของรรห่างจาก sunplaza ประมาณ 2 โลนิดหน่อย เดินไปถ่ายรูปไปสบายมากๆ มีรถกอล์ฟข้างๆรรสะดวกราคาไม่แพง ด้านขวาเดินไปกั้ตกั้ตได้แต่ไกลมาก ห้องน้ำมีแปรงสีฟันยาสีฟันคอตตอนบัตสบู่แชมพูผ้าเช็ดตัวสบิปเปอร์ ปลั้กเยอะมากมีเราท์เตอร์ไวไฟในห้อง ดีเนี่ยมราคาเช็คอินล่วงหน้าไม่แพง ยอดเนี่ยม👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable—everything felt fresh and spotless. The room was incredibly comfortable, with cozy bedding and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel owner was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Every little detail, from the well-maintained facilities to the excellent service, showed their dedication to guest satisfaction. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room is very cozy and the view is magnificent. It was comfortable enough to stay even though the outside temperature is almost 0°C. The receptionist is very accommodating and we have been assisted with our luggage. We plan to go back for more stay soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The family room we got was really spacious, beds are comfortable, and the mountain view was just breathtaking. It is also quiet so very good if you want a peaceful holiday. Location is good as well, near many restaurants, and also very near Moana Sapa (walking distance). The most impressive was their service - as soon as we arrived, they helped us with our luggage, and gave us hot tea- very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend Sapa Valley View Hotel 👍

Comfortable bed and pillows had a great sleep. The view is wonderful when is a clear day. It is family hotel and they are great and they speak English. Give you some bananas and tea and plenty of smiles. Very happy to stay in such a wonderful environment. Very much recomendable. Close to many restaurants.
