"Attractive room decor. Very friendly staff. Able to store luggage after check-out. Did have an issue with our door lock sticking, but staff provided us with a real key vs the digital card key and then had no issues. Breakfast was ok, not great. Good location for train station and cruise port and for walking to sights and restaurants. Hotel arranged for taxi to cruise port for us with all of our luggage."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I thought I was staying at a substandard hotel. The lobby and the rooms were separate, and the rooms seemed to be a hotel converted from an apartment building, which made me worried about safety. However, I was surprised to find that the room was quite large, clean, and tidy, and even had a kitchen. It was quite unexpected to be able to stay in such a large room in Europe, and I was very satisfied."
