Economic, clean, good location, and helpful staff. However, be aware of a few things: • You can hear anyone passing by in front of the room — sound insulation need improvement! • There is no elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.

Good breakfast. Bathroom amenities are not good. Comfort is thin and could be a problem. Location is Ok. Market nearby.

Good ratio quality price At 15-20 minutes by walking from the Meydan place Near some restaurants and markets There are 2 bus transport agencies very close Clean Good pressure of hot water A good and very huge breakfast There is a kettle and a fridge in the room The staff is friendly There could be some noise from outside on evening but it stops at night

The hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there. The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.

Очень спорное место. Плюсы: отличное расположение, отличный персонал и обслуживание(доброжелательные, можно обратиться с вопросами, помогут) Минусы: Шумные, потрёпанные и очень маленькие номера. За 3 дня ни разу не вынесли мусор и не обновили принадлежности для ванны. Завтрак очень скудный. Цена сильно не соответствует качеству.

Memnunum, kalırım. Yatak ve yastıklar güzeldi. Odanın ve banyonun genişliği yeterli. Odada su ve kahve ikramı var. Buzdolabı olması iyi. Çalışma masası olması iyi. Kasa küçüktü. Kasaya dizüstü bilgisayar sığabilirse çok güzel olur. Kahvaltı idare eder, doyulur. Konumu güzel. Odanın sigara kokması kötüydü.

Odamız ısınmıyordu ve dışarı çıktığımızda oda sıcak olsun diye klimayı açık bırakmıştık ama biz yokken elektrikleri açan kartın çıkarımı sağlanmış biz yokken odaya girilmiş üstelik rahatsız etme takılmıştı

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Otelimizde odayı aktive eden kart okuyucuya yabancı kart takılmasından dolayı sistem uyarı vermişti, kart okuyucu yerine banka kartı takılıydı ayrıca müessesemizde odalarda ve otelin içinde sigara ve ya tütün ürünlerinin kesinlikle yasak olmasına rağmen oda ve hatta koridor bile sigara kokmaktaydı.

I had a beautiful room on a corner so I got lots of natural light. Wasn’t sure how to request to have my room made up but it was okay because I was only there for two nights. Location was a little far away from the Meydan. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Vastly over priced for what you get I was looking at the boxes for this review and working out what to write. The hotel was ok, nothing amazing, breakfast was decent, decor dated, needed a thorough clean and updating but I was deciding if 3/5 or 4/5 was a better grade until I saw how much we paid. I'm not sure why this one was so expensive but it was double the cost of the hotel we stayed in Ankara that was far nice and the same cost as the one we stayed in Galata. This hotel is not in a convenient neighbourhood, there is nothing decent in walking distance other than Hanimefende coffee which is fabulous. Otherwise the area is next to a dual carriageway and stinks of fish so you need a taxi to get anywhere. Staff at the hotel were lovely though.
