The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service. When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking.The house has 6 apartments in it. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests to ensure your privacy and have a contactless check in and check out system. There is a cozy second bedroom and an open area with a trundle couch bed for the kids or additional seating for working.The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking. Note that there is an apartment directly above and next to you with shared walls and a beautiful large fenced in backyard which you have direct access to out the back door with a private mud room perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment or winter coats.The trundle bed is not made up for sleeping but there are linens available for you. Children are most comfortable on the trundles beds. Cook a variety of dishes in the full kitchen that hosts a dishwasher, electric range and full size refrigerator. The studio is fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. There is drip coffee maker and freshly roasted coffee from our local Shooke Coffee Roasters for the morning. There is a tea kettle, full pots and pans and anything else you may need to whip up a quick dish and the soap for washing up. The Kitchen island sits two and there is a folding table that will roll out and seat four if needed. There is a split cool that controls the temperature .There are extra hypo allergenic blankets and towels. Eco friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the dwelling. We use recycled or bamboo paper products and vegan, organic cleaning products wherever possible. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the living space by a barn door. It's not insulated for sounds at all. Its best if everyone is very comfortable with each other if you choose to stay here.The laundry room has organic detergent and stain remover for several loads of laundry. You will find yourself well cared for in this clean and comfortable in this modern dwelling.There are books and games for entertainment. Netflix and Hulu are available for streaming on the smart TV. We do not have any cable or TV channels. This property has 4 additional apartments in it. All dwellings are completely private and there is a shared back yard, and seasonal game room.There is a Pyreneese/Poodle Mix named Penny that hangs out in the backyard sometimes.
