Очень понравился отель. Хорошее расположение. Красивые комнаты . Рекомендую!

房間大細，行李箱都開不了，床舖太軟，起身周身骨痛，下次一定不會再訂

The location of the hotel is superb, lot of eateries and shops around. The room i booked can watch the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Location of the hotel was the key selling point, very central and convenient with many shops & restaurants nearby. Price point is above average and definitely not the most optimum priced. The front desk service could have been better particularly a young Japanese lady (11th May 5pm) who obviously wasn't experience when I sought her advice on what are the options to get to Narita airport to catch a morning flight the following day. You would have expected that this would have been a fairly standard questions by customers of the hotel. After checking the internet for a long while, she gave the most inconvenient route. I found a much better way on my own eventually

服務非常棒

地理位置很好，處在澀谷最中心的位置，離涉谷站很近，去哪裡都很方便。退房時間比較早，推遲到了11：30。最難受的是床太小，比普通床小很多，睡兩個人非常擁擠，睡的很不舒服。

酒店位置超好 就在著名的澀谷十字路口邊上 我們剛好趕到一間把角的房間 窗外就能看到十字路口 服務也很好 可以幫定出租車 牙刷牙膏也都有 不用自帶 附近很多樓可以逛 很多街可以吃

非常整潔的酒店，而且位於澀谷中心，酒店3樓就是澀谷站，十分方便，四通八達，酒店的早餐也不錯，下次來日本會再考慮住這裡。

酒店check-in嘅時候，遇上小風波，我們到酒店職員沒有找到我們的預訂交通，佢即時幫忙聯絡cheap.com等了大概30分鐘便安排我們上房間並upgrade我們高一級的房間，感覺職員好Helpful。另外，酒店位置十分便利，住渋谷一定要選擇EXCEL別無他選。

회사 워크샵으로 가게 되어 방 여러개를 예약했는데, 모두가 만족했던 숙소였어요. 시부야역에서 연결되어 있어서 접근성도 정말 좋았고 왠만한 쇼핑 스팟은 도보로 다 이동가능합니다. 숙소도 깔끔해서 좋았는데, 가장 좋았던 점은 조식이었어요. 추가할까말까 고민하다가 했는데, 종류도 꽤 많고 음식도 다 맛있었어요. 운이 좋으면 후지산이 보이는 곳에서 식사할 수도 있습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음에 도쿄에 가면 또 묵고 싶어요~~

위치도 너무 좋구 서비스도 매우 좋습니다!

One of the bad and arrogant staff I ever met in my entire life and maybe they are trained to be bad and cheat guest and keep asking for money to upgrade and if you don’t want to upgrade than they will ask you to wait till last min of check in as they mentioned and make you feel like nothing

위치는 최고입니다 특별히 호텔 커뮤니티 이용할거 아니면 최고의 호텔 크기는 남자 성인2명 사용하기 충분합니다

地理位置太好了，質量也很高，我下次一定再來住一次，和地鐵是聯通的，不能再方便了
