這個酒店是我這麼多年來下來住過的最不正規的酒店，一件很厚的羊絨衫落在衞生間，他們竟然説沒有，退房前一天晚上洗完澡就直接扔在洗手盆下面，第二天因為要去京都，路上才想起來，我朋友也説她看到在洗手盆下面忘記提醒我了。連忙電話打去，找那個會説中文的服務員，但是她接起來就説沒有，我説你問下整理房間的服務員，我等下電話再打過來，還特意發了郵件，萬一找到可以告訴他們我住大阪的地址，讓他們幫忙寄一下，因為我百分之一萬確定在洗手枱下面。但郵件發過去幾分鐘就回我了，説沒有，我覺得根本沒有取調查過，主要那件羊絨衫1400剛買來，帶去才穿了一天，真的這麼大一件衣服，我都懷疑那個收拾房間服務員嚇了眼，要不就是她自己拿走了，像在國內，一支葯膏都幫我放起來，哎，算我倒黴。勸大家訂酒店的時候真的要避雷，可能是公寓式的酒店，管理方便沒有正規酒店正規，哎！ 但值得感謝的是攜程這邊的客服積極幫忙解決問題，間接的補償了我，讓我也挽回了點損失，真的很感謝，讓我心裏暖暖的。

Good facility

今次是第二次book，不論上次或今次都十分滿意酒店的環境和服務；雖然我在網上預約時有錯漏，但酒店亦即時處理，只要補回差額便可安排一家四口在家庭房住；十分喜歡房間所有需用物品都有，基本上不用額外帶任何物品便可入住😉

除了位置較不便，其他都很好。

完全沒有服務，說好的三天執房，只是純粹添毛巾，廁所無廁紙無加，無洗衣液沒有加，沒有垃圾袋沒有加，垃圾亦都無倒！全部要我到櫃檯拎！ 浴室地墊毛巾只有一條！要求先換！

Nice accommodation on right location to exlpore Tokyo. Near halal restaurant 7 eleven Family Mart and night Market. Also near Ueno Station

The front desk staff of various nationalities lacked knowledge about hospitals. They didn’t ask why we needed to go to the hospital, nor did they suggest checking whether we had health insurance in Japan. They gave us the wrong hospital recommendation, which wasted our time as we had to communicate and handle everything by ourselves. My son was vomiting, and when we requested new bedsheets and pillows, they refused, stating that the booking was only for two people—even though there were two adults and two young children (1 and 3 years old). The staff didn’t ask why we needed the items and only focused on whether there would be extra charges. There was no support at all. It was a very poor experience. The Japanese staff made no effort to help. This was our first and definitely our last time staying here.

有洗衣機 廚房 就是離地鐵有點距離。衹不過有中文服務。挺好

Very beautiful hotel and very kind staff. Everything is near the hotel which had a good location. Highly recommend it

住着非常舒適

地點是有點偏遠 大約10至15分鐘 但房間空間感很好 有洗衣機提供

4인가족 이용하였는데 편하게 잘 지내다 갑니다~ 우에노역이랑 쪼오금 거리가 있긴했는데 못 다닐 정도는 아녜요 하루종일 놀다가 지친상태에선 언제 숙소가나.. 하는 생각이 들지만.. 지하철 역에선 멀지만 위치는 나쁘지않습니다 골목에 있는 것도 아니고 주변에 편의점도 2개있고 다음에도 이용할 의향있습니다 !
