The hotel’s reservations team are no better than robots. They will ignore all questions submitted through this portal so if you do have questions do ask the property directly. We stayed in a twin room and each bed was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 young kids under 6 who can stay free in the same bedding. The hotel is inside the terminal so extremely convenient. This information is not located anywhere else. The property is extremely strict with the cancellation policy - do not expect any human consideration especially if the hotel is at fault. I thank the hotel duty manager for understanding the problem. The breakfast very average do not pay the 3k yen to eat there.
