Even before we arrived at the hotel, they had reached out and offered, if we'd like to participate in a traditional Japanese sweets making class. I did it my husband didn't. As we arrived early they looked after our bags until we returned. They had everything ready for us to finalise check in. Whenever we arrived or left the hotel they would greet us. They realised I love sanrios pompompurin and a staff member made me an origami pompompurin. The room was perfect. Enough room for both of us, with a table and chairs to eat breakfast at. It had a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. All toiletries provided. I even had the privilege of doing the sweet making class with the CEO of the hotel, some of her friends, some staff and they even organised an interpreter for me. At checkout they gave us a thank you gift.
