"The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything."

"Had booked this hotel after extensive research that it's one of the best at Cao Bang. It lived up to our expectations. Location was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was sparse, cold and not refilled once empty. However, we were offered alternatives but we missed out on what could have been better, two consecutive days!! For a small place like Cao Bang we hadn't expected much, so this place was a pleasant surprise."

"An amazing hotel. I stopped over on my way to Ban Gioc Waterfalls. The staff made all the difference at this hotel, especially Thao, the receptionist. She went above and beyond with aiding any questions or queries I had. Her warm welcome and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in. Thao’s exceptional service even extended kindness, she went out of her way to help clean my motorbike visor. A must stay. I can’t wait to return to this hotel on my next trip!"

"Rakastimme oleskelua. Omistaja oli erittäin mukava ja apukas. Pesimme 30k vdn/kg. Wifi on hyvä, on qr koodi bussi pysäköinti Ban Gioc vesiputkeen. Voisimme ostaa 1,5 litraa vettä 15k. Lähellä on monia mukavia kahviloita ja sushi paikka herkullista ja halpaa ruokaa. Ainoa negatiivinen kohta oli päivävalon puute huoneessa, mutta sen lisäksi, että kaikki oli hienoa!"
