"I must praise the hotel staff's service attitude! They were all smiling and welcoming throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. When I brought children, they proactively provided children's toiletries and slippers. When I lost a small item, the staff patiently helped me find it, showing great responsibility. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a relaxation area, where I could relax and unwind in the pool. The staff were knowledgeable about local attractions and patiently explained lesser-known spots. They were genuinely helpful and attentive, making my stay feel incredibly warm and welcoming."

"I stayed here for one night on a 30-day self-driving road trip that included both far northern and southern Laos, to Vat Phou. The vehicle, a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck was hired from and returned to Luang Prabang. This is a true three-star hotel that operates like a full-service five-star property. At a walk-in rate of 630,000 LAK this falls into the high range of my normal budget. However, the other nearby properties were unappealing or more expensive. If you want to save some cash, move away from the riverside. Otherwise, this is a very good, professionally run hotel. The room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, towels, etc. were good. Breakfast was also included in a full-service restaurant that is also open for lunch and dinner. There is ample parking for folks who self-drive. I would have stayed here on my way back north through Thakhek but I chose another less expensive property that I will also review."

"Overall, it's alright. The main advantage is the relatively low price, but breakfast isn't included. The location is excellent, right on the Mekong River. There's a night market within 100 meters, and many restaurants and cafes are around the hotel. The hotel has parking, but no elevator, just stairs. It has three floors, and the facilities are generally a bit old. The water pressure on the third floor is unstable, but it doesn't affect showering."
