Just so so. The breakfast is very simple. My room was not cleaned next morning

I loved my stay at Best Western Hotel, Amazing Location,super clean rooms, ,daily housekeeping, Very attentive and highly professional front desk staff ( always smile on the face). Acceptable breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who likes high quality hotel.

Great place to stay

It has been a great experience staying at BW City Centre Tabilisi, special mention would be Natia and her efforts to make things easier for us right from arranging on the way lunch packets, to cabs and her recommendations on local spots to explore. Thank you Natia for all your help! Area of improvement: Breakfast spread is limited and can be made richer.

There is no parking, we pay 80gel for 3 days staying.. breakfast included but the options is limited… unhappy to stay here. never back again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay We highly recommend this hotel. These resturant staff ( Lika, Maryam, Vaniko and Liza ) were amazing. Very helpfull and polite. They painstaking ensured we were made comfortable not just during breakfsst but any time we requested assistance. Staff on reception wrlere also very couteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as these staff members made us feel at home.

Comfortable stay The hotel is located at the prime location. Very friendly to us as guests. The bed is a bit hard in comparison with other hotels. For the rest, all is good.

Love staying at the Best Western City Centre Tbilisi hotel. Hospitality and services are excellent . Love to visit here again with family and for longer duration.Room services and cleanliness are best here. Very caring staff , always happy to help and available 24/7. I really enjoyed my stay here.
