"I have been a loyal customer of Lanterna campsite for more than two decades, but sadly, my most recent experience was very disappointing. The staff were unkind and unhelpful, and I felt that they no longer care about the fact that we, as guests, have supported this campsite for many years. After so many positive stays in the past, it was truly disheartening to feel unwelcome. The attitude of the staff left me feeling undervalued as a long-term customer. I expected more respect, hospitality, and care, especially given the history I have with this place. It’s very disappointing to see how the service has declined, and unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning."

"SCAM!!! This hotel is not what it looks like on pictures published by the structure! Nothing is working and it's in the middle of a construction site! The rooms are clean but that is as good as it gets! The breakfast is shameful just as the the outside pool area, its not even completed! As soon as we told the owner that we wanted to check out as soon as possible she turned very rude and charged as the full fare for the only night we stayed there. Don't stay there if you don't want to ruin your holidays!"
