"fairly awful. Air con had switched off. We had to find the fuses box in the wardrobe and switch the air con on ourselves. Safe didn't work because they ran out of batteries - every room. The fridge was locked. Tea and coffe provided but no milk and nowhere around to buy any. The hotel was a concrete block miles from anywhere. Didn't think much of the food - didn't try the diced pigs ears."

"Although in quite a remote area, this hotel is modern and well finished. We stayed there for 2 nights with a Titan holiday tour. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room and facilities were fitting a modern 4*. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The food was average though, with not much choice and there was only one staff in the restaurant for the 47 of us. Crazy! He really tried - but could have used help..."

"The hotel has beautiful views but residents are not catered for. The restaurant and terrace has obviously a corporate interest and used for commercial purposes. Residents are expected to walk to get drinks from a small bar away from hotel and bring them back to the hotel. However that area is usually very busy full of coach parties. We have stayed at many Quinta’s and never found that the residents were treated as second class. It is stated you can park outside room but with so many cars and buses this is not always possible. You can eat in the restaurant in the evening but when it’s closed you are really paying for an upmarket bed and breakfast and are not expected to return until all the corporate entertaining has finished. There are far too many competing corporate interests for this to be an enjoyable holiday venue."
