"What I love about the Capsule Hotel is that the location and also very near the mall. Although, it is important to let guests know that theres no elevator going to the 3rd Level or the 4th floor. So if you have a heavy luggage it is important to take note of this. I love how comfy the beds are and also how clean the beddings and towels are big enough for large people to fit in. There are shampoo, conditioners and body wash available. I had a good/better sleep here. There freezers that I too advantage of. Something to consider, I hope the hostel will provide stickers/papers to write on for the food labels. The pens are working but the markers are dried up. There a bit of a mess in terms of the kitchen and the utensils are a bit disorganized. You cant cook but theres microwave, kettle and toaster."

Sijainti on myös fantastinen. Circular Quay on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, Pitt Streetin ostoskeskus on toiset 15 minuutin päässä, ja raitiovaunut ja bussit ovat vain 5 minuutin päässä. He olivat erittäin tarkkaavaisia pyyntöihini, ja kuumana päivänä he jopa tarjosivat kylmän vesipullon. Vastaanoton ja pääsisäänkäynnin henkilökunta olivat kaikki uskomattoman avuliaita. Heidän ansiostaan minulla oli ihana oleskelu!"

"The room was clean and comfortable although a little annoying that I paid nearly $600 for one night specifically for a “harbour view” room only to be able to see 99% just roof (photo attached). Service was average, on check in we waited at the front desk for 10 mins only for a worker to tell us thather shift is over so we would have to join a different line and then for that next person to send us to yet another different line. Other than that, the buffet breakfast was amazing and location was good with an easy walk down to darling harbour."

"Pros: Excellent location. Cons: Poor hygiene, lack of privacy, and broken amenities. I was very disappointed with my stay. The interior atmosphere is quite gloomy due to the cheap, mismatched, and worn-out furniture. * Hygiene: The washing machine was full of stagnant, smelly water. I attempted to drain/turn off the water, but the plumbing didn't work properly. * Cleanliness: The balcony was littered with trash from neighbors above, making it impossible to use. * Privacy: All the windows face directly into a nearby office, meaning you have no privacy unless the blinds are closed constantly. Overall, the "budget" price does not justify the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance."

"The location of Great Southern Hotel is very centrally located, it is 1 min walk to the Haymarket Tram Stop which takes you directly to Circulr Quay where most of the tourist attractions are. Apart from the amazing location, the staff were all very friendly, professional and accomodating, even providing us early check in and late checkout. The room itself is slightly dated but extremely clean so we had no issues with it at all. The elevators are surprisingly modern and fast for an older hotel which was great. We did not find any issues with the lack of housekeeping as we were aware of what we paid for. We were able to get additional change of towels, toiletries, trash bags etc. from the front desk with no issues at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for it is amazing value for the price."
