Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's modern theme with the intention to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The backyard oasis includes a large pool, covered patio, beach area and fire pit. The backyard is fully fenced in and the pool area is equipped with a sunbathing lounge chair, sectional sofa and chairs, and pool toys and floaties. The rocks in the backyard are soft rocks so they are safe for walking.Rainy day? No problem! Guests can also enjoy our home inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 75-in TV in the living room.
